In this role you will handle complex design projects, enforce brand consistency, and create a wide range of digital and print assets such as infographics, slide decks, brochures, signage, social media graphics, event collateral, and iconography while applying accessible design principles. You will collaborate with internal and external marketing and content teams, stay current with market and design trends, and manage the entire design process from ideation through delivery, including asset preparation, production supervision, and digital asset management.

- Supervise production workflows and oversee digital asset management using a DAM platform.
- Mentor peers on design fundamentals and contribute to design reviews.

The position is based at 530 Gaither Road, Rockville, MD, with a hybrid schedule of four days in the office, up to 10% travel, and standard Monday‑Friday hours. Compensation ranges from $73,575 to $122,625 depending on experience, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes a 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
