In this role you will work closely with customers who experience homelessness and complex needs, supporting them to build the confidence and skills required to live independently in the community.
The position operates on a flexible rota from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday‑Sunday, including bank holidays; you will use digital tools for planning, complete online learning and must obtain an Enhanced DBS check, which Home Group will fund.
