As the Plant Manager’s business partner, the Controller joins the plant leadership team to identify and resolve operational challenges, supports best‑in‑class production, and provides insight on monthly financial results, KPIs, and variance drivers. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost control, product costing, inventory management, compliance with accounting standards and SOX, and leading internal and external audit activities.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least eight years of experience in a global manufacturing environment, fluency in English and Spanish, strong ERP knowledge, and a hands‑on, continuous‑improvement mindset. Candidates must be able to coach teams, influence cross‑functional partners, and act as change agents with urgency.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, professional accounting certification (CPA, ACA, ACMA) and Oracle experience.
