

Premier mechanical construction & facilities services provider for commercial and industrial systems.
Inspect electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures for compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
Assist with planning and coordinating electrical upgrades and projects.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components within facilities (lighting, power distribution, control panels, HVAC controls, motors, etc.).
Ensure safe work practices and adherence to company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
Collaborate with HVAC, plumbing, and other maintenance personnel to support overall facility operations.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate causes of breakdowns and correct problems.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and inspection results.
3+ years of electrical experience in a commercial, institutional, or industrial facility environment.
Valid Journeyman Electrician License
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Proficient with electrical test equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of NEC, building codes, and electrical safety procedures.
High school diploma or GED required; completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
