Work alongside other specialist teams across the business to maximise leak and PCC reduction driving improved performance through case management e.g. Legal Services, Billing, Network Enquiries, Network field
Ensure the accuracy of customers benefiting from water usage advice by tracking leakage support from internal UU and 3rd party leakage visits to find and fix leaks at customer properties
You'll be responsible for resolution of complex leak/high usage account issues, identifying root cause enabling process improvement to prevent further occurrences.
To manage Income high leakage reports and undertaking corrective actions particularly where accounts are showing high volumes of water used or long standing leaks
To support customers and case manage complex high usage/leakage accounts through to resolution including identifying and initiating the correct activity for the customer (correspondence, advice, visits, provision of devices, leak allowance) taking into account the customer's specific needs, levels of engagement and ability to resolve themselves.

Knowledge or experience of using / taking information from INS
Strong communications skills both verbally and presentation format
Good stakeholder management understanding
Excellent working knowledge of the alto billing system and Temetra
