As an NPI Team Leader in EPD, you will drive cross‑functional product development initiatives from concept to launch, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment while mentoring project members and influencing innovation across multiple teams.
- Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional NPI projects from concept to launch, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, risk mitigation strategies, and KPI reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, supply chain, finance, and external partners to define project scope and business cases.
- Conduct ROI analysis and risk assessments, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic impact and resource availability.
- Mentor junior team members, identify training needs, and support their development.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing bottlenecks and recommending corrective actions.
- Communicate value propositions, technical differentiators, and customer benefits to internal and external audiences.
