Review all technical requirements, including detailed design packages, factory testing procedures and constructability of the deliverables. Ensure standardized deployment of Integrated Engineering & Design Environment as outlined in the Project specifications.
Engage with other parallel EPC Digitalization Leads to supply a standardized design.
Manage the DSI (Digital System Integrator) and interfaces with; Client, MICC Contractor, TSI Contractor, ELICS Contractor and GTC/GTG Vendor on delivery of Digitalization deliverables and enablers managed. Manage the Vendor for standardized Digitalization systems.
Reach across disciplines and outside organizations, including; PMT, Client, Suppliers and IT to Deploy digital culture across disciplines to deliver robust Digitalization enablers.
Responsible for validation of all system interfaces, network infrastructure and security of the design across organizations and manage Interface with IT for integration with legacy systems where applicable.
Consolidate project documentation and data into Digital Twin for Operation.
Delivery of Digitalization Centre inside OCC including; overall design, layout, hardware/software deployment, and interface with third party systems.
Lead governance of Project’s Master Data Model to ensure standardized executionmethodologies are followed by Vendors, Suppliers and Sub-Suppliers.
Drive continuous development of Digitalization Philosophy as new technology emerges.
