Support state teams with trade marketing and merchandising needs, coordinating with external suppliers such as commercial artists, photographers and printers and sign companies as required
Maintain the POS and Merchandise Portal, ensuring all materials are current, accessible, and aligned with campaign requirements and assist internal stakeholders with the design of communications, case studies, newsletters, and staff updates
Support Marketing & Communications Department to ensure all advertising promotional material is available as per agreed plans
Maintain showroom to ensure space is always ready for external customer events and provide extra support when events are scheduled
Assist with the development of creative content for in-branch events & activations and ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and are delivered on time and to spec
Prepare for the company's participation in trade events and customer events, including co-ordination and orientation of displays, products, advertising and promotional literature
Assist in the coordination of, graphic assets and other creative projects and be involved with the concepts of the promo - this may include ideation, design of look of feel, prize selection etc.
Provide graphic design assistance for business presentations, ensuring visuals are brand-aligned and engaging

Experience in trade marketing or POS merchandising
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) & Canva and familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for presentation and administrative tasks
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
Familiarity with web CMS or digital asset management tools and knowledge of Hootsuite would be an asset
Experience with basic print production and supplier coordination is highly desirable
Preferred Tertiary study in Marketing or experience within the Marketing function with at least one to three years' experience in a Graphic Design or Marketing support role (in-house or agency)
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines and strong communication & interpersonal skills
