Supervise the safe and efficient installation of wind turbine generators (WTGs)
Coordinate daily site activities, including subcontractors, crane teams, logistics, and transport
Contribute to and promote a strong safety culture on-site
Liaise with project engineers, HSE advisors, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth operations
Work on one of Queensland’s most significant renewable energy projects
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with OEM specifications and construction drawings
Ensure work is executed in accordance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols

Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, rigging, and crane operations
White Card and current driver’s licence (mandatory)
GWO certification or wind industry experience (highly desirable)
Willingness to work in remote/regional QLD on a rostered schedule
Demonstrated experience as an Installation or Construction Supervisor in wind, energy, or infrastructure projects
