The Field Engineer will work with a project construction team to construct utility‑scale solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) EPC projects. This role assists the site manager and collaborates closely with field supervision to ensure successful project execution.
This position requires approximately 90% field time and the ability to work remotely when needed. Hours are variable, ranging from 40 to 60 per week based on project schedules, and overtime beyond 40 hours is not guaranteed.
Compensation includes an hourly rate of $26.44 to $46.00, paid weekly, along with a culture that values trust, teamwork, and performance.
