3D Project Coordinator — Product Visualization & PBR Design

Description

• Manage schedules and task boards in Jira to keep deliverables aligned with production timelines
• Review assets for geometry accuracy, clean topology, UV readiness, correct color and roughness values, and overall visual realism
• Provide QA feedback on textures, material responses, lighting behavior, and render consistency
• Align production priorities with the CG Producer and CG Supervisor while balancing artist workloads
• Coordinate all phases of 3D product visualization projects, including modeling, look development, PBR material creation, rendering, and GLB export
• Support look-dev and PBR standards by collaborating closely with the CG Supervisor, Product Visualization Lead, and PBR Material Designer
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements to increase output speed and quality
• Communicate across teams (3D Modeling, Scanning, Look Development, Material Design) to ensure an efficient pipeline
• Maintain structured file organization, enforce naming conventions, and manage shared material and model libraries

Requirements

We’re seeking a highly organized 3D Project Coordinator specializing in Product Visualization and PBR Design to manage the day-to-day production flow of 3D product assets and materials. You’ll support the CG Producer and Product Visualization Lead by managing artist schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring all models, renders, and PBR materials meet our technical and visual quality standards. Your work will help streamline the creation of 3D models, textures, and GLB assets that power our e-commerce, AR, and marketing experiences.

• Excellent communication and follow-through with remote, cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with Maya, Cinema 4D, and Redshift as part of cross-software visualization workflows
• Working understanding of 3ds Max + Corona Render workflows and PBR texturing processes
• Understanding of asset management systems, render farms, and version control practices
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or creative operations within 3D, CG, or product visualization pipelines
• Experience with look development workflows and PBR material authoring (Substance Designer/Painter or similar)
• Background in product merchandising, marketing visualization, or luxury consumer goods
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Jira, or similar)
• Experience with GLB/GLTF optimization and AR pipelines
