- Minimum 10 years of requirements engineering experience with a focus on V&V in infrastructure, transportation, or rail projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of FTA, FRA, and USDOT regulations related to rail system development and delivery.
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (Genesys, Relatics, DOORS, ComplyPro).
- Strong understanding of the systems engineering V‑model and V&V integration.
- Experience supporting test and evaluation processes, mapping requirements to test cases.
- High attention to detail with strong documentation and data‑tracking capabilities.
- Effective communicator able to collaborate with technical teams, contractors, and client representatives.
- Strong organizational skills for managing complex, multi‑disciplinary data.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field.
- Preferred: Certifications such as CSEP, IREB, PMP.
- Preferred: Experience on federally‑overseen rail or tunnel projects and safety‑critical systems.
- Preferred: Familiarity with ISO 29148 or similar V&V standards.
