- Installation of sheet metal duct and HVAC equipment
- Cutting and threading pipe, using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe-threading machines
- Install HVAC systems for commercial construction
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Layout and connect electrical wiring between the controls and equipment according to the wiring diagram

- Strong ability to write and read in English language
- Strong ability to operate under severe temperature condition for long periods of time
- Heavy Equipment Training
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequently reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
- Self motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
- Past experience working on construction projects desired
- Must have the ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, specifications, and drawings
- Requires a consistent physical presence at the branch office to oversee shared services functions and employees, normally achieved by working standard business hours. Certain positions will require flexibility of working hours to meet the demands of the job and the direction of the manager.
- Requires lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or pulling.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; EPA certification a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

- Ability to lift items weighing up to 100lbs safely
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually
- Set/mount equipment, rough-in and trim duct systems, experience installing duct systems is preferred
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of construction sites

- 3-5 years of practical working experience in the HVAC industry, prefer commercial HVAC
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at times.
