Counseling sheets and PIP as needed for team members
Ensures implementation of the created energizing plans at the job site level through management of onsite personnel.
Manage daily activities of the Energy Marshal program for all supporting markets through both processes and people.
FOD inspection process
Ensure adequate staffing on all projects and markets through the following:
Conduct jobsite inspections/audits to ensure that energization plans are in place and report findings to the QMS Director.
Assign and train competent Energy Marshals as needed to support project and campus needs.
Ensure the energization program provides a fair and effective monitoring of the overall organization on a regular and timely basis.
Providing direction for staffing of current and upcoming projects
Accumulate data from the energization program at the site level to report continuous improvement measures to prevent repetitive lessons learned within their respective markets and across all markets to share learnings to the company.
Establish and maintain high safety and quality standards in accordance with industry and company standards.
Develop relationships with internal and external clients including owners, business partners, manufacturers reaps and third parties.
May be required to temporarily monitor projects while others are away from the job and help to provide coverage on jobsites from time to time.
Ensure all Teams are trained on LOTO and ensure trainings and records are being maintained and easily accessible for customer reference.
Updating staffing software utilized by Gray, to ensure utilization rates are within in the guidelines.
Analyze current energization processes to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure all Energy Marshals have the required NFPA 70E on Electrical Safety Related Work Practices.
Hiring of new team members
Train team members in the use of the energization/ Energy Marshal program and support question resolution pertaining to the program.
