- Participer aux activités de SST et de maintenance;
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et commandes de pièces.

- Être présent sur le plancher de l'usine et veiller au bon déroulement des opérations
- Diplôme d'étude collégial ou DEP dans un domaine technique pertinent
- Minimum de 3 à 5 années d'expérience de supervision en milieu syndiqué et manufacturier
- Initiative et sens de l'urgence
- Grand sens de l'autonomie
- Veiller au respect de la discipline et des normes SST dans l'usine
- Optimiser les indices de performances clés et participer à l'amélioration continu des opérations
- Doit être disponible pour travailler sur différent quart de travail (jour, soir)
- Habiletés démontrées de leadership
- Planifier et appliquer le programme de maintenance préventive des machines et équipements.
- Soins dentaires et soins oculaires,
- Capacité à s'adapter aux changements
- Avoir une bonne gestion du stress et capable de supporter la pression
- Compétence mécanique et/ou électrique, un atout
- Gérer les situations d'urgence (bris de machine, besoin de main d'œuvre, incidents)
- Dispenser de la formation aux employés;
