- Maintenir et partager avec les collègues une connaissance à jour de toutes les lois et procédures d'importation/exportation pertinentes, des tarifs, des droits de douane, des licences et des restrictions, en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de la conformité commerciale locaux et nationaux.
- Préparer les documents de transport et de douane.
- Superviser au quotidien les expéditions à l'importation/exportation et garantir un dédouanement fluide par l'intermédiaire des courtiers en douane désignés.
- Mettre à jour les systèmes informatisés internes et assurer la saisie des données des transactions terminées.
- Assurer que tous les dossiers liés à la douane et à la conformité commerciale sont tenus et archivés correctement.
- Prendre en charge la préparation des bordereaux.
- Sélectionner le transporteur en accord avec les règles et procédures, en fonction des produits et des clients.
- Comprendre et appliquer les procédures douanières pertinentes et s'assurer que les déclarations requises sont faites correctement.
- Préparer les documents d'expédition.
- Superviser la performance quotidienne et les coûts des courtiers en douane et prendre des mesures pour garantir la conformité aux indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) associés.
- Envoyer les documents de transport et de douane aux différentes parties prenantes.

- Fournir des rapports sur les activités quotidiennes, selon les besoins.
- Soutenir l'équipe dans diverses tâches liées à l'expédition et à la logistique.
- Gérer les données pertinentes dans les applications locales de commerce et de douane (par exemple, SAP Global Trade Services, blocs GTS, permis d'exportation, licences GEP, suivi des importations canadiennes, corrections de facturation des courtiers en douane américains, classification HS).
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Office (Plus particulièrement Excel).
- Expérience avec SAP (un atout).
- Bilinguisme anglais-français. Le français est requis. L’anglais est également requis pour communiquer régulièrement avec des clients à l’extérieur du Québec.
- Planifier, exécuter et superviser les activités de transport au sein d'une unité locale, en assurant des opérations de transport de haute qualité.
- Faciliter l'examen et l'amélioration continus des activités opérationnelles de transport et de douane.
- Expérience deminimum 3 ans en logistique accompagné d’une formation scolaire de niveau collégiale dans un domaine approprié.
