Maintain project documentation systems and assist with closeout deliverables and turnover packages.
Coordinate development and maintenance of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Provide technical, administrative, and subcontractor management support to Project Managers and Project Directors.
Participate in safety planning and quality assurance, including shop drawing reviews and design compliance.
Track project costs, invoice preparation, and reporting.
Support procurement, contract administration, and change management processes.
Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, and ongoing team coordination across departments.
Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communication among project stakeholders.

Proficiency in document control and RFI processes.
1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors, preferably on $20 million+ GMP projects.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage document control tasks and schedules.
Professionalism and good communication skills to meet client demands.
Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients.
Large project experience is preferred.
