Tasks
The PLM Systems Support & Deployment Analyst is a key role designed to bridge the gap between technical teams and frontline support. By proactively addressing recurring issues, leading structured testing, and delivering effective training, this role reduces helpdesk ticket volume and ensures smoother tool deployments. The Analyst will strengthen the feedback loop between users, support, and developers—resulting in more efficient processes, improved system usability, and higher user satisfaction. -Maintain and digitalize training content for eLearning platforms. -Lead regression and UAT testing during upgrades and new tool implementations. -Reduces helpdesk tickets by addressing issues through proactive training and process updates. -Accelerates tool deployment cycles by minimizing missed requirements and overlooked defects. -Act as liaison between PLM process teams and Level 1/2 support, identifying recurring issues and training needs. -Track and report on testing and training effectiveness to drive process improvements. -Validates that system changes align with business rules and processes before release. -Coordinate and deliver end-user training sessions and onboarding. -Ensures higher test coverage with repeatable, well-defined test cases. -Strengthens collaboration between users, support, and developers to deliver user-driven enhancements. -Design, develop, and test application packages (MSI, PowerShell, VBScript, Batch) using tools like ManageEngine or Microsoft Package Builder. -Develop and maintain scripts for installation, uninstallation, and automation tasks. -Plan and execute deployments, including pre- and post-deployment validation. -Improves training and documentation consistency to support user adoption of new features. -Plan and execute deployments across desktops, laptops, and virtual environments. -Identifies root causes of recurring issues and feeds insights back to development. -Drives structured regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for tool changes that impact Data Management workflows. -Develop, coordinate, and maintain test plans and test cases for PLM tools. -Document and track test results, defects, and resolutions. -Support configuration and access validation for staging and production environments. -Collaborate with helpdesk teams to analyze recurring issues and implement preventative measures.

What You Bring
-Equivalent experience in PLM systems support, testing, or deployment will be considered. -Exposure to ITIL/service management practices. -Proven expertise in test planning, UAT, and defect management. -Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. -Familiarity with configuration/document management workflows in aerospace, automotive, or other regulated industries (preferred). -Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. -Experience with eLearning platforms. -3–5 years of experience with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter). -Background in software deployment, application packaging, or PLM tool administration.
