Work closely with in house store team to inform them of tooling requirements for projects,
Work closely with the quality team to allocate manpower resources to meet project deadlines in line with client dates,
Develop, implement, and review testing protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local codes, and regulations,
Attend weekly teams meetings on project updates lead by assigned contracts manager,
Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to testing team leads and team members for further development,
Attend Project Kick Off meetings to align with project scope between MTM and the client for all testing and torquing requirements,
Conduct fault analysis and root cause analysis for any issues identified during testing for lessons learned,
Work closely with the Quality department and back-office admin team to develop, lead and manage the current testing teams in place ensuring the efficient execution of electrical testing activities across multiple projects,
Ensure all testing is documented accurately in line with test values, results and naming convention and shared to relevant stakeholders,
Travel overseas to projects to oversee project commencement and ensure all key responsibilities and process are in place and aligned with agreed testing scope and ITP until the project is completed.
Provide regular updates to senior management on KPIs such as testing status on projects and open issues and corrective actions,
Develop Testing Plans / ITPs and agree testing process with clients prior to commencement including test record paperwork and naming conventions,
Monitor team performance and maintain a high level of productivity in line with testing schedule and communicate to all stakeholders on testing progress,
