Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and using ladders, scaffolding, and harnesses.
Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Provide updates on project status and communicate any changes in timelines or scope as necessary.
Safely transport and manage roofing materials from delivery to the job site. Ensure all materials are on-site and ready for installation.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tools and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Install new roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofing.

Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure.
Construction or social housing background preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Be familiar with emergency procedures and protocols to ensure team safety during adverse weather conditions or accidents
City in Guilds/NVQ or relevant experience.
Good organisational skills.
