Assistant Resident Landscape Engineer

Description

The Assistant Resident Engineer will oversee specific infrastructure and enabling works construction packages for a new residential development, coordinating with various engineering disciplines throughout design and supervision. The role involves managing project requirements, ensuring compliance with contracts, and maintaining client relationships.

• Manage project design and construction across engineering disciplines.
• Liaise with contractor, client, and client’s project manager.
• Review feasibility drawings and interface requirements.
• Deliver reliable project solutions on schedule.
• Ensure works are constructed per contract requirements.
• Review contractor submissions and respond to information requests.
• Monitor site safety and report non‑conformances.
• Oversee contractor quality procedures and raise non‑conformances.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships for long‑term partnership.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Be a member of a professional engineering registration; project management accreditation is a plus.
• Possess experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Include health, safety, and environmental protection experience.
