- You will serve as the point of contact for OnePM queries and support within AGT.
- Engage with collaborators to ensure tools align with business needs and take part in workshops for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Main Team to prioritise tool improvements, data mapping, testing, and deployment.
- Coordinate and maintain digital platforms that support the Project Customer Quality and project execution teams.
- Handle license allocation and reactivation to ensure flawless access for users.
