Design machinery and subsystems including hydraulic circuits, powertrain, and fabricated structures.
Oversee day-to-day project activities and supervise engineers allocated to project work.
Maintain and issue design control documents such as engineering change notes, timing plans, and cost management.
Ensure product homologation and legislative compliance.
Collaborate with validation teams to ensure designs are tested and meet requirements.
Perform engineering calculations to substantiate design decisions.
Develop robust solutions through problem analysis and involvement in FMEA, 8D, and risk assessments.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure prototype part delivery meets project timelines.
Prepare design concepts, general arrangements, and drawings for new product design, VAVE projects, and solutions to field issues.
Occasional travel may be required.
Create technical specifications and design briefs for new products and improvements to existing models.

You are proficient in 3D CAD (NX preferred) and familiar with PLM/Teamcenter.
You have good knowledge of off-highway systems and experience in a manufacturing environment.
You have experience with failure investigation and root cause analysis (8D, DFMEA).
You have a strong engineering background, ideally with a degree and 5+ years’ experience (role can be adapted for experience level).
You are skilled in MS Office and demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm, and ownership of projects.
You can communicate clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams across global locations.
