Establish and maintain good relationships and lines of communication with clients and airlines.
Ensuring appropriate policies, processes and manuals are incorporated into operational training material to ensure our operational employees are trained to carry out their job function.
Maintain staff discipline and conformance with Company and regulatory requirements, utilizing the Company disciplinary process where necessary.
Create, amend and deliver courses, complete with associated paperwork, lesson plans, exercises, all in line with the necessary regulated bodies, CAA/DFT
Ensure effective communications within the operations team, including regular meetings to share training delivery plans and compliance figures.
Designing, implementation and completion of ABM training programmes.
Identifying synergies with our customers and the business units to ensure best practice and a consistent approach to learning.
Ensure all paperwork is managed and processed in line with GDPR (general data protection regulation)
Effectively manage, coach and mentor team members to meet service level agreements.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate new learning techniques, upgrades and enhancements to our training syllabus.
Deliver operational training, inclusive of on the job training and mentoring. To provide feedback and additional support to address any areas of low performance.
Support the development and implementation of digital learning innovation.
