Creating weekly reports and dashboards to monitor overall progress and identify any risk in the supply chain.
Managing contract preparation, finalization, and administration with rigorous attention to detail.
Conducting prequalification and shortlisting of suppliers through bid analysis, making award recommendations.
Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, MS Project, Primavera P6 Scheduling Software).
Experience leading procurement for multibillion dollar capital construction projects, programs, and/or portfolios.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Experience working with PANYNJ, NJT, MNRR, LIRR, NYCT, and MTA.
Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and presentation development.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience in procurement or supply chain management in the construction industry.
