Service Writer

Description

• Write customer damage work orders, order parts and bill work orders
• Assist the service manager with customer damage and internal work orders
• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
• Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction principals and educating them on cost‑saving benefits
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100 % satisfaction and inform them of new service offerings
• Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience

The position is based at our rental facility in San Diego, California, working Monday‑Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay after 40 hours. Compensation ranges from $19.50 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and location.
