Must have strong communication skills
Proven experience overseeing fire protection designs, including detailed plans and specifications for building projects
5-10 years of building design and construction industry experience
Experience with Autodesk Revit
Knowledge of Federal Agencies design criteria
Knowledge of fire protection, suppression, and alarm principles
Experience with AIA MasterSpec
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university or college.
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite
Must have a knowledge base of fire protection engineering principals related to building fire protection designs
