Identifies, initiates contact with and screens potential candidates to introduce them to current and future opportunities; reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skill, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Evaluates candidates to determine their competencies and qualifications and provides feedback to hiring managers
Coordinates and schedules all logistics required for phone, virtual or onsite interviews between candidates, hiring managers and hiring teams
Trains hiring managers on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) functionality and assists with developing job description content that is thorough, consistent and attractive to candidates
Performs duties related to the full talent acquisition lifecycle for non-exempt and exempt positions while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and business partners
Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
Maintains responsibility for data management and integrity within the ATS and other HR systems and maintains compliance with federal employment laws and internal policies and procedures
Utilizes social media/networking efforts to advertise talent needs that highlight the opportunity to build and grow as well as Company culture and values
Utilizes understanding of business and market conditions to maintain talent pipelines at appropriate levels to accommodate current and anticipated demand based on growth and business initiatives; maintains contact with candidates whose experience aligns with potential future needs
Coordinates with hiring managers to understand position and team needs and successfully translates those into talent acquisition strategies; sets expectations with all parties and maintains communication throughout the process
Creates, edits and maintains online job postings to Company career site as well as external job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed or ZipRecruiter that are in compliance with position needs and regulatory requirements
Maintains the ability to attend local, national and on-campus career fairs and professional events to promote employer branding and business operations initiative
Administers the hiring process; provides ongoing updates for requisitions, advises hiring managers throughout and closes requisitions in a timely manner while ensuring proper documentation
Creates a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle by effectively communicating with all parties in a timely fashion and with a customer service orientation

Knowledge of and experience working with affirmative action documentation and applicable data reporting (preferred)
1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing or a related function (required) -OR-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing or a related function (required)
