Heat Treatment Operations: You will set up and operate furnaces and ovens, preparing parts for stress relief and nitriding, ensuring optimal conditions for each treatment.
Safety & Compliance: You will follow all OSHA, EPA, and company-specific safety protocols, using appropriate PPE and maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
Machining Support: You will run CNC lathes, cylindrical grinders, and/or hones to prepare components for heat treatment, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to meet specifications accurately.
Equipment Maintenance: You will perform routine maintenance of heat treatment and testing equipment, troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical issues as needed.
