The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience guiding product teams that deliver conversion‑focused websites, apps, or eCommerce solutions for B2B industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or retail.
- Lead a team of 6‑8 Digital Product Specialists overseeing discovery, research, and product management for cat.com.
- Drive discovery, strategy, and solution design for customer journeys within core content sections.
- Prioritize product features, communicate decisions, and ensure product quality and success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas into clear customer experience requirements.
- Prioritize epics, features, and enhancements for current and future states.
- Partner upstream with business units to align marketing strategy and product priorities.
- Partner downstream with engineering, platform, and AI teams to deliver new features on schedule.
- Manage software change requests and oversee the software product development lifecycle.
- Leverage marketing strategy, market research, and positioning to drive product adoption.
- Lead teams responsible for product management, digital marketing, or software engineering for web/mobile products.
- Coach and develop employees, supporting their personal and professional growth.
- Build relationships and influence senior/executive leadership.

- Own wayfinding, navigation, site search, and product selection templates on the website.
- Apply decision‑making, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.

- Preferred: experience working within Caterpillar’s matrix or a similar distribution model.

- Preferred: technical knowledge of CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager.
