

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and improve site safety performance
Carry out regular site audits, inspections and reporting
Liaise with regulatory bodies, external auditors and project stakeholders
Lead, develop and implement the company’s Health & Safety strategy across multiple live projects
You will play a critical role in ensuring all projects remain safe, compliant and aligned with company and statutory requirements. Working closely with site teams, project managers and senior leadership, you’ll embed a strong safety culture across fast-paced, complex schemes.
Ensure full compliance with legislation, industry standards and internal policies
Provide guidance, coaching and training to project teams and subcontractors
Support pre-construction planning, RAMS reviews and high-risk activity management

Experience working on fast programme construction environments
Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and UK construction H&S legislation
Proven Health & Safety management experience within main contracting
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Track record delivering safety leadership on projects £50m+
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package
