- Replace and commission new heating systems and components.
- Participate in an on-call rota and respond to emergency call-outs when required.
- Liaise with clients and site contacts to ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Conduct fault finding and diagnostics on HVAC and gas systems.
- Accurately complete job sheets, service reports, and compliance documentation.
- Perform Gas Safety checks on appliances and pipework installations.
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain internal and external water systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Install, service, and maintain gas and electric water heaters.

- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance standards.
- Commercial Gas qualifications (e.g., CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1)
- F-Gas Category 1 certification
- Full UK Driving License
- J01 qualification.
- Proven experience in fault finding and servicing HVAC and gas systems
- Experience working with a diverse range of boilers in commercial/ industrial, settings.
