Review design and consultant documents to ensure they meet project objectives.
Procure and coordinate specialist consultants (e.g., structural, M&E, ecology, fire, environmental).
Liaise with statutory bodies, utility providers, and external stakeholders.
Prepare and manage Planning, discharge of planning Conditions, and Building Regulation submissions, and track progress.
Attend client, consultant, and internal meetings as a project representative.
Coordinate project information, documentation, and key deliverables.
Support senior staff in preparing client briefs and defining project requirements.
Carry out background research, including planning history, site constraints, and technical information.

Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
