The Fleet Maintenance Manager oversees a fleet of 50 trucks, a shift supervisor, and eight technicians across primary and secondary equipment. The manager also meets financial review timelines, supports budgeting, cultivates a positive team environment, oversees shop cleanliness, and handles personnel decisions such as hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Required qualifications are an accredited bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience), five years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license.
