Prepare and verify shipping documents.
Plan, organize, and monitor international shipments from origin to destination.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws.
Processes complaints or transport damages, in cooperation with other accountable stakeholders, and proposes and implements remedial measures with transport service providers.
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth transit.
Supports PM in development, calculation and implementation of logistic contingency measures.
Analyzes operational logistic status, informs involved stakeholder adequately and implements alternative measures to adopt to changing situations.
Maintains, updates and communicates relevant information from suppliers, procurement, and logistic service providers.

5 -6 years of experience in logistics planning and international shipping coordination.
Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and MS Office tools.
Basic knowledge of customs and transport documents and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and global trade compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
