Proven experience sourcing and selecting top talent for a variety of key construction roles including: Superintendents, Senior Project Managers, Corporate Leadership, Regional Manager, Senior Procurement Manager, Pre-Development Manager, etc.)
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Travel up to 15% of the time for Career Fairs and Job Fairs
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and leadership.
