Strong ability in estimating cost and resource needs for cross-functional technical projects and programs based on technology and domain knowledge
Demonstrated expertise in running large-scale SAFe PI planning workshops with 200+ participants, including facilitation of priority-setting sessions with executives.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Program Management with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams of 5+ members.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)- required
Strong technical proficiency in JIRA and Confluence, with hands-on experience in customizing and optimizing these tools for Agile teams.
Proven experience in Agile Transformation, with a minimum of 5 years as an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decision-making.
Strong skills in building trust within PMO teams, functional teams, and stakeholder groups. Strong ability in resolving alignment and collaboration issues among teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
