The Architect role is a professional position within an architectural design team, responsible for delivering innovative projects across multiple sectors. Reporting to a Senior Architect, the incumbent manages specific project elements, ensures functional, sustainable, code‑compliant, and aesthetically sound solutions, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction documentation. The position requires hands‑on BIM modeling, design development, and coordination with engineering and planning disciplines to meet client objectives and best‑practice guidelines.
- Provide architectural design and BIM modelling aligned with brief, codes, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Deliver creative design solutions balancing aesthetics, function, and sustainability.
- Manage and coordinate project phases including feasibility, design development, construction documentation, and delivery under senior guidance.
- Collaborate with building engineering, infrastructure, and urban planning teams to develop integrated design solutions.
- Assist in developing design concepts, schematic and detailed drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp.
- Oversee preparation and coordination of construction documentation and detailed technical drawings.
- Apply innovative thinking to tasks supported by research and documentation.
- Follow standardized procedures and workflows to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Check and coordinate project documents as Design Originator to ensure regulatory, interdisciplinary, brief, and industry compliance.
- Support resolution of design and BIM coordination issues with project team.
- Prepare and compile design presentations, reports, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and working drawings.
- Contribute to responses for third‑party review comments, tender queries, and contractor RFIs.
- Perform design and construction tasks under supervision, ensuring code and specification compliance.
- Complete moderately complex assignments, resolve routine issues independently, and escalate complex challenges on time.
- Collaborate effectively within the team, sharing information and supporting deliverables.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, equivalent to RIBA Part 2, and have 4–5 years of relevant experience. The role demands a solid foundation in architectural knowledge, proficiency with design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp, and the ability to work independently while escalating complex issues as needed.
