We are seeking an experienced residential Technical Manager for our Bristol technical team. The role requires a strong engineering and infrastructure background and will oversee developments from concept through to completion, ensuring ethical consultant appointment, programme and budget control, package coordination and value‑engineered strategies.
The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the full development and technical process, preferably having worked as a Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager, along with an industry‑related qualification and progress towards a RICS, CIOB, ICE or RIBA accreditation. Strong initiative, excellent communication and the ability to manage external consultants and meet deadlines are essential.
