What You Bring

Experience required… -Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline -Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with ICE or equivalent. -Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, DMRB, CDM 2015, and Construction Health & Safety legislation. -Good working knowledge of the NEC form of contracts. -Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers -Experience with BIM, structural analysis software, and digital inspection tools. -Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering projects to time and budget. -Experience in producing and managing scheme deliverables including PCI packs, BoQs, scheme specifications using the MCHW and health and safety files. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, proposals, and stakeholder engagement. -Ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities. -Proven experience in bridge design, assessment, inspection, and maintenance.
