Technical Engineer Trainer

Description

The Technical Engineer Trainer role focuses on creating and delivering high‑impact technical training content, emphasizing value‑selling principles. You will design instructor‑led, virtual, and recorded training formats while partnering closely with the Dubai Engineering Center, project application engineers, and the Middle‑East sales team to equip them with the knowledge needed to promote our products across the EMEA market.

• Ensure technical onboarding of E33 new hires, pulse needs, and adapt curriculum while directing technical support requests.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs focused on value‑selling for internal sales and external partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for technical questions from E33 application engineering resources.
• Lead smooth integration and early competence of new hires in key technical areas.
• Monitor evolving training needs and proactively adjust curriculum to align with business priorities.
• Partner with Sales Enablement, Sales, Product, Channel, and Marketing teams to align training with strategy and improve product information access.
• Provide consultative services to Sales Enablement, identifying and implementing alternative e‑learning materials.
• Manage class administration including training plan development, scheduling, setup, enrollment, travel arrangements, demo equipment, and assessments.
• Create, update, and maintain instructor‑led, virtual, and recorded video training materials and segment‑focused resources.
• Track program data, compile reports, and deliver regular feedback to stakeholders while seeking cost‑saving and productivity improvements.
• Work with strong, agile, diverse teams locally and globally, supported by state‑of‑the‑art systems and tools.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or Industrial Distribution.
• Possess 5–8 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Demonstrate a sales background with experience in value‑selling techniques.
• Apply strong understanding of value‑selling principles and customer‑centric training approaches.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
