  • Installing and updating software applications.
  • Maintaining the security of the IT infrastructure
  • Providing support for IT projects and system upgrades as needed.
  • Supporting IT admin tasks, including procurement and general administration
  • Adhering to and promoting the organisation's IT policies.
  • Communicating effectively with users to understand their IT requirements and relaying relevant information to the wider IT team.
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Provide first-line IT Service Desk support to internal users, addressing incidents and requests by phone, email, service desk, remote tools, and in person.
  • Assisting with the setup and configuration of laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and tablets.

  • Ability to provide telephone support to remote users of all levels
  • Good knowledge of PC and Laptop hardware
  • Good communication and outstanding customer service skills
  • Desirable - Full UK Driving Licence
  • Some knowledge of Android and iOS on both phones and tablets
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Some previous IT support role experience preferable
  • Good knowledge and experience supporting Windows 10 & 11 and Microsoft 365
  • Must be dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Desirable - ITIL Certification
  • Well-developed all-round IT and people skills
  • Ability to install, support and maintain hardware and software
