Proven experience as a Foreman in the civil engineering industry.
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
CSR/SAFEPASS/CSCS Card
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Demonstrate previous experience of working on highway and/or public realm projects
Demonstrate previous experience in a General Foreman role
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
