Support the team in managing dispute matters, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all relevant documentation is filed and accessible.
Prepare, format, and file legal documents (e.g., contracts, dispute correspondence, compliance reports, data protection notices) and critical monthly reports.
Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
Liaise with our external panel law firms to ensure that our online legal portal is up-to-date and accurate.
Support the data protection team in maintaining compliance with GDPR and UK Data Protection Act requirements.
Maintain and organise legal files, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Liaise with internal and external parties regarding dispute resolution procedures and help identify and update internal advice notices.
Assist with the administration of commercial contracts and operational legal matters.
Support key projects by helping the legal team and other stakeholders track performance and key milestones, collating important documentation and following up on outstanding actions.
Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for the legal team and key external stakeholders.
