  • Create quality assets for the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, Dynamo graphs, scripts, applications, etc.
  • Maintain standard processes for model setup, asset creation, and development.
  • Teach design technology skills to engineers and architects as needed based on observed deficiencies, and provide instruction through lunch and learns or class-based training.
  • Monitor projects for errors and enforce model/drawing cleanup/audit and use of standards by the project team.
  • Enforce project deliverable quality per the client and contract standards.
  • Alert design team members of software changes applicable to discipline-specific workflows.
  • Apply industry-specific knowledge and experience in BIM design technology and/or AEC design workflows to support project team production.
  • Lead and/or assist in the development and enforcement of BIM execution plans and templates.
  • Provide day-to-day support of design technology software.

  • Understanding of 2D design drawings and 3D design intent and coordination model information.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360 administration and operation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable hosting meetings and leading discussions to resolve conflicts.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
  • Ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the AEC industry using Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in Revit Dynamo scripting and coding.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation production and AEC means and methods.
  • Experience in parametric design.
  • Enjoys performing technical types of tasks.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Professional Licensure and Society Memberships
  • Able to complete tasks with respect to deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Bentley systems, including ProjectWise, OpenBuildings, iTwins, etc., is a plus.
