• ŸDriving the integrated work with Pune for better collaboration.
• ŸEnsure that projects are delivered to the agreed outputs on budget, on time and to quality standards.
• ŸProvide support and ongoing development / mentoring for team members across the region.
• ŸProvide leadership, line management and develop the Group as a team.
• ŸProvide techical expertise in structural design to meet project needs using stateoftheart techniques.
• ŸMaintain uptodate technical knowledge of survey, design, drafting, project and contract management standards and techniques.
• ŸLiaise with internal and external clients to engender trust and confidence in the Structural Group’s capability.
• ŸPlan, forecast and coordinate resources with group managers efficiently.
• ŸBuild internal and external relationships with new clients and key stakeholders.
• ŸProvide technical assistance to staff, including training within specific areas of responsibility and expertise as required.
• ŸAdopt a ‘handson’ approach to project delivery.
• ŸReviewing and checking the work of others and remaining focused on important priorities.
