The Talent Acquisition Lead will partner with Engineering and Scientific functions to design and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment strategies, enhance the employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working within a team of twelve specialists.
- Build strong relationships with Engineering and Scientific functions to recruit high‑quality candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
- Conduct talent mapping, analyse trends and external competition to create skilled talent pipelines and market insights
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across diverse channels
- Promote the UKAEA brand, values and mission from attraction through assessment and offer stages
- Drive continuous improvement of talent acquisition infrastructure, processes and change initiatives
- Operationalise the talent acquisition strategy, collaborating with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders
- Champion equality, diversity and inclusion, providing best‑practice advice throughout recruitment
- Act as a subject‑matter expert and mentor to junior colleagues, sharing best practices and industry trends
