Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing awareness of regulations with managers and recruiting team.
Arrange, schedule, and conduct and phone and on-site interviews to screen candidates; arrange travel/lodging for out-of-state candidates as necessary.
Assemble and maintain pre and post-interview paperwork, including sensitive/confidential information (job descriptions, offer letters, employment applications, reference checks, background check forms, etc.).
Communicate with hiring managers and company executives to understand the clients' needs.
Source a viable Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or develop an efficient candidate tracking system external of a 3rd party program
Actively identify and research potential networking/recruiting opportunities; Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices for recruiting methods and strategies.
Effectively communicate complex offer packages and benefits details with qualified candidates.
Responsible for full life cycle recruitment: Perform searches utilizing a variety of methods to identify, source, evaluate, attract, and recruit a pipeline of active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels.
Validate, enter, and update data into corporate database.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Daily use of: Microsoft Office, Excel and Tracking Systems

Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills, while self- managing priorities and commitments is essential
Ability to clearly communicate candidate pool and manage expectations
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Must work well with others and be able to work in a collaborative manner
5 years of general experience with 2 years of recruiting experience
Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - preferred
