Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial/Construction Management, Cost Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years’ experience in QS/cost management across construction, infrastructure, energy, or engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and data storytelling, adaptability, and proven ability to drive digital change.
Curiosity, structured problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, resilience, and integrity in handling commercial and data ethics.
Advanced Excel and Power BI for modelling and visualisation; SQL/Python for data manipulation highly desirable; familiarity with APIs and data integration.
