What you would be doing
  • Maintain hazard communications program and adhere to all safety standards and policies
  • Ensure all service requests are completed within 24 hours
  • Maintain all physical aspects of the property
  • Hire, train, and manage maintenance staff
  • Ensure vacant units are made ready for move-ins in a timely manner
